In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph444" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ph444 online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ph444.xyz.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the ph444 platform, through which the player accesses games and manages funds.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the ph444 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph444 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on ph444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ph444 or any other gaming operator.
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR exclusion registry or equivalent regulatory exclusion list.

ph444 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and employ age verification measures at registration and during ongoing account monitoring.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must register using your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. ph444 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the name on the registered account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify ph444 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ph444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

ph444 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are published on the ph444 Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph444 account within minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status.
• ph444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ph444 compliance.

ph444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• ph444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All games available on the ph444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph444's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Payout rates (Return to Player / RTP) for each game are published within the game's information panel.

• The rules governing each game are set out within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players or ph444 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to ph444.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days by contacting ph444 support.

All content on the ph444 platform — including but not limited to the ph444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph444 content without our prior written consent.

• Unauthorized use of ph444 intellectual property may result in legal action.
• You must not use ph444 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Screen-capturing, recording, or streaming live dealer game content without ph444's written consent is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ph444 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• ph444 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside our control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ph444's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ph444.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph444 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ph444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By registering on ph444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ph444 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph444 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
